What does the production team do?
Being part of the Production Team means ensuring each service runs smoothly from beginning to end. Team members arrive before Sabbath School to prepare, checking visuals, setting up lights, and reviewing slides to confirm that everything is ready.
Each person is trained in a specific role, whether it’s managing slides, coordinating stage transitions, or overseeing the flow of service. Before the service begins, there’s a quick meeting with everyone involved to align on the plan and make sure each element is in sync.
The focus is on keeping everything running seamlessly so that the congregation can stay focused on worship without distractions. The Production Team works behind the scenes to create a smooth, distraction-free worship experience.
